CDML Air Diver Course Structure
- Module 1 Diving related theory- Physics, Physiology, Legislation, HSE, risk Management, Emergency procedures, Use of hand tools, Surveys and searches. Decompression theory, seamanship and rigging.
- Module 2 COMMERCIAL SCUBA. Practical seamanship, Use of SCUBA, searches, Hand tools, Decompression Practical to 30 METERS. Module 1 and 2 combined :- 21 days – 200 contact hours.1200 in water minutes.
- Module 3 SURFACE SUPPLIED TO 30 METERS. Theory and practical use of surface supplied diving equipment and power tools underwater. 200 Contact Hours , 800 in water minutes.
- Module 4 SURFACE SUPPLIED TO 50 METERS. As above with additional wet bell, surface chamber, cutting and welding practical. 30 days 240 contact hours.Potential Candidates that have no previous diving experience will be required to pass a one day aptitude. A diving medical certificate is required before taking part in course practical.
